Ms. Bridges, whose career spanned several decades in television, died surrounded by family at her son Todd Bridges' home, where she was receiving hospice care.

This sad event was confirmed by a representative, emphasizing that she had passed peacefully two days before the announcement was made public.

Betty's professional journey included significant roles in popular TV shows such as Good Times and ER, and she also appeared in 2 Broke Girls.
