Pop star Britney Spears revealed fresh hair extensions as she danced in another revealing outfit in the living room of her $11.8 million Calabasas mansion last Saturday.

The 42-year-old Grammy winner, who commands a following of 158.3 million on social media, captioned an Instagram video of the performance with the words: "If a man is a man, a woman is a goddess! First time trying real extensions. Just saying!"

Britney depends on the expertise of professional hairstylist Lorenzo Martin, who also tends to the locks of celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Heidi Klum, as the Daily Mail reported.

The pop icon, whose Instagram remains private, showcased her fitness and style in a glittering nude halter teddy and brown peep-toe heels.

This post comes amidst personal challenges, including her recent divorce from Sam Asghari, her third husband, after 13 months of marriage.

Spears also faces estrangement from her teenage sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, who now reside with Kevin Federline, her second ex-husband and former backup dancer.

Spears is saddled with significant financial obligations related to the boys, however, reportedly paying Federline $20,000 monthly in child support, as reported by TMZ.

Triumph in Music: Chart Success and Legacy

Several hours later, Britney's former boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, took on the role of the musical guest on NBC's Saturday Night Live and performed his latest single, "Selfish."

Britney's dedicated fan base successfully launched a campaign last Thursday to boost her own 2011 track "Selfish" to a higher position on the iTunes Chart of top songs so as to rival the 42-year-old pop star's song.

As of Sunday morning, Spears occupies the No. 3 spot, while Timberlake sits at No. 4.

It's been 13 years since "Selfish" was originally featured on the deluxe edition of the seventh studio album by the Mississippi-born singer.

Britney and Justin, who were in a relationship from 2000 to 2003, first crossed paths as youngsters while working as Mouseketeers on The Disney Channel's Mickey Mouse Club between 1993 and 1994.

In Spears' 2023 memoir titled The Woman In Me, she disclosed that Timberlake had encouraged her to consider having an abortion when they faced an unexpected pregnancy.

She wrote, "It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn't a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I'd anticipated."

The singer continued, "But Justin definitely wasn't happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren't ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young. If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it"

Netflix is set to begin streaming Britney's sole film appearance, in Crossroads, on Feb. 15, marking the 22nd anniversary of its original premiere.

In Tamra Davis' coming-of-age teen dramedy, Spears played the role of Lucy Wagner. The film, made with a budget of $12 million, managed to earn an impressive $61.1 million at the global box office, despite receiving unfavorable reviews.
