Woolery’s television career took off with Wheel of Fortune, on which he gained widespread popularity for his vibrant hosting style. However, it was his role on Love Connection from 1983 to 1994 that cemented his place in popular culture, with his memorable sign-off catchphrase.

Adding to his extensive run, he simultaneously hosted Scrabble from 1984 to 1990, showcasing his ability to juggle multiple successful television ventures. His work earned him recognition, including a daytime Emmy nomination in 1978.
