Citizens United To Release Film Criticizing Kamala Harris's Record

 September 24, 2024

Citizens United Productions is set to release a film titled Trump’s Rescue Mission: Saving America on Monday, a production which is highly critical of Vice President Kamala Harris and strongly promotes former President Donald Trump.

The film features a cast of prominent conservative figures who aim to expose what they describe as Harris's radical political agenda, something which could be a boon for Trump's campaign prospects, as Breitbart reports.

Film's Critique of Harris and Praise for Trump

The film, produced by Citizens United Productions, is slated to be available for streaming online. The narrative positions Harris as holding an extremely liberal agenda, citing a 2019 analysis by GovTrack that ranked her as the most liberal U.S. Senator.

It presents interviews with high-profile conservative figures, including Donald Trump and his running mate, Sen. JD Vance (R-OH), among others.

Apart from these prominent Republicans, the documentary also features contributions from key conservative voices and former Democrats like Tulsi Gabbard.

According to Dave Bossie, who features in the film, "This is the story of an election the likes of which the world has never seen, where Vice President Harris was installed by party elites to replace a failing Joe Biden."

Key Contributors and Their Perspectives

The film includes interviews with Donald Trump, who elaborates on his views on Kamala Harris’s tenure and political decisions. "Kamala definitely covered up his cognitive decline," Trump states in the film, adding, "It was a rapid decline that really seemed to take place."

JD Vance, Trump’s running mate in the 2024 race, also offers his perspective. "They accused Donald Trump of being a threat to democracy," Vance says.

He further states, "He literally took a bullet for democracy running his third presidential campaign," referencing an incident when Trump was shot at a rally in Pennsylvania.

Vance continues to critique Harris, asserting, "I think she’s terrified of letting the American people see what she actually believes." He also comments on her communication style, "If you don’t have a teleprompter in front of Kamala Harris, maybe she just blurts out that she wants to defund the police."

Detailed Critiques on Harris's Political Stances

Sen. Ted Cruz adds his voice to the film, discussing Harris's ranking as the most liberal senator.

"Kamala Harris ranked as the single most liberal senator in America. Number 100 out of 100. Literally the furthest -- to the left of Bernie Sanders, to the left of Elizabeth Warren. That’s where Kamala Harris is and was," Cruz says.

Political commentator Vivek Ramaswamy also contributes, suggesting that Harris's views on justice are inconsistent. "Don't take my word for it," he asserts. "Take Kamala Harris’s word. We clearly have two systems of justice in this country."

Adding to the critique, Rep. Byron Donalds comments on Harris’s stance on criminal justice. "When it comes to how she feels about criminal justice, she’s one of the biggest flip-floppers in the country," Donalds declares.

Context: Biden Administration and 2024 Election

The film also outlines the arc of the 2024 presidential race, covering Joe Biden's withdrawal from the race and Kamala Harris’s nomination.

The narrative suggests that Harris's role in the Biden administration and her record on criminal justice are points of contention.

Trump emphasizes Harris’s association with the current administration, proclaiming, "She owns the failures of the Biden administration." He further elaborates, "She was a big part of the Biden administration."

Ultimately, Trump’s Rescue Mission: Saving America aims to sway public opinion by presenting a critical view of Kamala Harris while praising Trump for his actions and political stances. The film is poised to spark discussions and debates, particularly among conservative circles, as it becomes available for streaming this coming Monday.
